Three Dallas-Based FordHarrison Partners Named to 2014 Texas Super Lawyers List

FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Fred Gaona, III, Vista Lyons, and Lawrence (Larry) J. McNamara, Partners in the firm's Dallas office, have been selected to the 2014 "Texas Super Lawyers" list.

Fred Gaona has extensive litigation experience on behalf of management in connection with all types of employment disputes, including claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and numerous state statutes. Fred also handles general litigation matters and resolves disputes related to non-competition agreements. In addition, Fred has experience defending class action lawsuits and cases in arbitration.

Vista Lyons is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and advises employers across the nation, representing a broad range of industries (including cosmetics, healthcare, airline and hospitality/food services), on labor and employment related matters.
