Timothy concentrates his legal practice on employment litigation and counseling. His experience includes representing employers in a variety of industries and a broad range of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and restrictive covenant/non-compete. Tim represents employers in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies on the state and federal level.
