Cindy Cieslak's article, "Transparency vs. Attorney-Client Privilege: U.S. Department of Labor Issues Final 'Persuader' Rule," was published in the Connecticut Law Tribune.

"In March, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued the final version of its new 'persuader rule,' effective April 25, which requires employers, attorneys and other labor consultants to publicly disclose certain activities tailored toward dissuading employees from unionizing."
