Pauker to our Global Legal Services practice group. Dan and Jesse come to FordHarrison from Waldman Law LLC. Dan joins the firm as Partner in the firm's New York City and San Francisco offices. Jesse joins the firm as Senior Associate in the firm's New York City office.

Dan's practice focuses on global employment law. His client base is comprised of global companies ranging from mature start-ups to Fortune 100 companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Dan focuses on all aspects of international employment matters, from day-to-day counseling to managing billion dollar transactions impacting tens of thousands of employees. Dan also provides California clients with employment law counseling and advice.

Jesse's practice also focuses on global employment law. His litigation background provides him the experienced perspective on the tough risk assessment decisions pertaining to employee matters that arise every day. Jesse regularly counsels domestic and multi-national clients on all aspects of domestic and international employment, including: hiring and firing, wage and hour compliance, TUPE and other employee transfers, works council consultations, employee discipline, restrictive covenants, employee privacy, employment policies and leave entitlements.
