Hannah Kramer's legal practice focuses on representing employers in matters related to labor and employment law.
Hannah advises and represents employers in a broad-range of employment-related litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, whistleblower allegations, trade secrets, and breach of contract. She also provides strategic counsel on day-to-day workplace issues such as hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, training, leaves of absence, accommodations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Hannah also regularly assists clients with internal investigations, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and settlement negotiations and agreements.
Before joining FordHarrison, Hannah served as a labor and employment law clerk in a one-year program with NBCUniversal. During law school, she held positions with Manhattan Legal Services and the New York State Supreme Court.
