Jesica Fico's legal practice is entirely focused on the representation of management clients in labor relations and employment law disputes.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Jesica completed an internship at the National Labor Relations Board in Tampa. While in this role, she attended case management meetings, conducted legal research, prepared final investigative reports, and observed and assisted in conducting new charge affidavit interviews.
While in law school, Jesica was a finalist in the 1L Mock Trial Competition, a Senior Stetson Ambassador, and a Senior Associate Member with the Stetson Business Law Review Journal. While earning her J.D., Jesica displayed a commitment to pro bono work with Bay Area Legal Services, and upon graduating received the William F. Blews Award in recognition of her many hours of service.
Before attending law school, Jesica spent nearly 5 years as a paralegal which allowed her to obtain experience in nearly all facets of litigation.
