Merry Lindberg's practice is primarily focused on representing management in administrative proceedings and litigation arising under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, the Florida Civil Rights Act and Florida's Whistleblower Act. 

She regularly counsels employers on personnel matters including non-competition, employment and separation agreements. 

Merry has extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions both as in-house counsel and in private practice. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator.
