Victoria Hagerott’s legal practice is solely focused on representing management clients in matters related to labor and employment law.

Victoria brings a strong research, writing, and analytical foundation to her practice and applies that experience to helping employers navigate litigation and evolving labor and employment issues.

Before joining the firm, Victoria served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sean P. Lugg of the Delaware Superior Court, where she gained experience analyzing complex legal and procedural issues and assisting with matters before the court. During law school, she also gained federal government experience with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia and served as a Copy Editor for the Richmond Public Interest Law Review developing significant research and writing experience.
