Ciarra Lofstrom's legal practice is solely focused on providing defense and counsel to management clients in labor and employment law challenges.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Ciarra was an associate at a general practice firm based in Waterbury, Connecticut. In this role, she researched and drafted pleadings and motions in both state and federal court, prepared mediation statements, and advised municipal clients on appropriate usage of national settlement funds.
While earning her J.D., Ciarra served as a Law Student Intern for the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, and participated in the William H. Hastie Moot Court Competition where she was awarded Best Brief.
