Destiny Washington Selected to Profiles in Diversity Journal's 2020 Black Leaders Worth Watching List

Throughout its history, Profiles in Diversity Journal has recognized thousands of men and women from around the world who are making a difference. The profiles that appear in this important edition recognize and celebrate their inaugural group of Black Leaders Worth Watching awardees, and enhance the reputations of the organizations that encourage, empower, and support these trailblazing individuals.

Destiny concentrates her legal practice on the representation of management in labor and employment law matters. She represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Destiny also practices both in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. She is also a veteran of both the U.S. Army and the Louisiana Army National Guard.
