Letter from the Diversity and
Inclusion Partner

At FordHarrison we work hard to create a culture that promotes equality, sense of value and builds community. Our focus on diversity and inclusion is a source of our strength. FordHarrison has long held the belief that everyone should be treated equally regardless of their background, race/national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability. We value each individual contributor at FordHarrison as an important part of the whole. Finding avenues to celebrate the accomplishments of those who have paved the way for future generations is just one way of creating a sense of value within our organization. Our women’s history month project is doing just that – providing a platform for everyone in the firm to share stories of women who made contributions to our communities and world; women whose accomplishments should be celebrated, and who have blazed trails for others. These types of programs help build community within FordHarrison by focusing on what we have in common as well as celebrating our diversity.
