Today the Department of Labor (DOL) released proposed regulations revising the salary test for the "white collar" exemptions to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage and overtime rules. In the proposed regulations, the DOL recommends increasing the salary requirements for considering an employee exempt.  FordHarrison is pleased to present a webinar on how the proposed changes may impact your business.

Please join FordHarrison attorneys Salvador Simao, ssimao@fordharrison.com, and Patrick Ryan, pryan@fordharrison.com, on Wednesday, July 1 for a 30 minute executive summary on the DOL's 300-page proposal.  Sal is a former Trial Attorney with the Office of the Solicitor of the DOL and chair of FordHarrison's Wage and Hour practice group.

This program is pre-approved by HRCI for 1 hour of PHR, GPHR, and SPHR recertification credit.
