About the Anti-Defamation League
Established over 20 years ago, the Glass Leadership Institute (GLI) is the cornerstone leadership development program at the ADL. GLI empowers young adults to fight hatred and bigotry in their own communities, and provides unique opportunities to explore ADL’s core mission, “to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment to all.” The GLI program is active in 24 cities across the U.S. Each local cohort brings together young adults interested in learning about effective advocacy and leadership in pursuit of the ADL’s mission.
