  • COBRA Provisions Contained in the Economic Stimulus Act - The recently enacted Economic Stimulus Act contains provisions that will substantially impact employers' ongoing obligations under COBRA. Employers need to take immediate steps to comply with the Act. This presentation will explain the new obligations created by this new act, and some strategies for administering the associated changes and obligations.
  • Wellness Programs in an Economic Downturn - Increasingly, employers are considering wellness programs to reduce health plan costs and increase employee productivity. This presentation will outline the trends for wellness programs, including incentives offered to employees. It will also explain the steps employers should take to structure legally complaint wellness programs and some strategies employers can use to maximize the perceived value of a benefits program without significant increase in cost.
