FordHarrison's 2026 Airline Labor & Employment Law Symposium will be held in Louisville, KY, on September 24-25, 2026, and is designed specifically for in-house counsel, as well as airline industry, labor relations and HR professionals employed in the aviation industry. Features of the 2026 program will include:
- Aviation industry experts and experienced airline attorneys and consultants from FordHarrison discussing emerging topics in labor and employment law focusing on the aviation industry. The agenda will include informative workshops and presentations offering real-world practical advice on the legal issues impacting aviation workplaces, including the recent agency changes at the NMB, EEOC, and DOL, and key state legislative actions impacting airlines and service providers.
- A day and a half of educational sessions and networking opportunities beginning with a welcome reception on Wednesday, September 23, and concluding with lunch on Friday, September 25. All meals including dinner will be covered from Wednesday evening through lunch on Friday.
- A fun and interactive dinner at the renowned Kentucky Derby Museum, complete with a tour of Churchill Downs.
