We’re excited to announce that the 2026 Airline Labor & Employment Law Symposium agenda is now available!

Join us September 24–25 at The Brown Hotel in Louisville for two days of practical discussions focused on the labor and employment issues affecting airline employers today. Hear directly from an outstanding group of aviation in-house counsel and HR executives as they share their perspectives and real-world experience through interactive panel discussions.

This year’s agenda features engaging, interactive sessions on:

  • Attendance and reliability strategies
  • AI in the airline workplace
  • Aviation workplace investigations
  • AIR21 complaints and safety culture
  • Social media and union organizing
  • ADA and religious accommodation challenges
  • FMLA and leave management
  • Building collaborative union relationships
  • Lessons from airline arbitration and litigation
  • •The Administration’s latest labor and employment priorities

Earn continuing education credit while you’re there. The Symposium offers CLE credit in several states, as well as HRCI and SHRM credit.

There will be plenty of time built in to connect with colleagues from across the industry. Registration includes meals and networking throughout the program, beginning with Wednesday evening’s rooftop welcome reception at The Brown and highlighted by our Thursday evening dinner at the Kentucky Derby Museum, including tours of historic Churchill Downs.

Visit the Symposium website to explore the full agenda, register, and reserve your hotel room at the group rate.

Don't delay!
Hotel reservations must be made by September 1 to receive the group rate, and Symposium registration closes September 21.

We hope you’ll join us in Louisville!
