About the Program
Human Resources is the backbone of every business. This means that having a solid HR foundation is essential for success. This program will examine HR basics regarding the hiring process, which shall include: employment applications (what may you lawfully include and what should you include to get the most out of the employment application); background checks (why and what’s involved to make them meaningful for your business); and, the selection of candidates (how to select the best candidate for your job). We will tie this session up neatly with a sample offer letter.
