McDonald’s selected one firm from each of the large and mid-size categories to receive this inaugural honor. This award was created to highlight McDonald’s external legal suppliers who demonstrate an innovative and genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

“We are honored to be recognized for our dedication not only to implementing a diverse and inclusive work environment, but to promoting and advancing women and minorities in the legal profession”, said Dawn Siler-Nixon, FordHarrison’s Diversity and Inclusion Partner. “Implementing a plan for a balanced approach to creating diverse teams, has resulted in providing the best service to our clients, including McDonald’s.”
