LOS ANGELES – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Andrew J. Sokolowski has joined the firm as Partner in its Los Angeles office, further strengthening the firm's employment litigation capabilities.
Andrew is an accomplished employment litigator with significant experience representing employers in complex wage and hour matters and labor code compliance issues. His practice focuses on defending class actions and representative actions, including claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Andrew advises clients across a broad spectrum of employment matters, including employee classification, wage and hour compliance, overtime and compensation disputes, meal and rest period requirements, wage statement compliance, and expense reimbursement obligations. He has extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, and has served on trial teams in high-stakes wage and hour cases.
Prior to his legal career, Andrew served in the United States Army infantry. This experience brings discipline and a results-driven approach to his legal practice.
