Andrew J. Sokolowski is an experienced employment litigator who represents employers in complex wage and hour matters and labor code compliance issues. 

Andrew’s practice focuses on defending class actions and representative actions, including claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He advises clients on a wide range of employment issues, including employee classification, wage and hour compliance, overtime and compensation disputes, meal and rest period requirements, wage statement compliance, and expense reimbursement obligations.

Andrew has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, and has served on trial teams in wage and hour cases. He works closely with employers to develop practical, business-oriented solutions that mitigate risk and ensure compliance with evolving employment laws.

Prior to his legal career, Andrew served in the United States Army infantry, bringing discipline and a results-driven approach to his legal practice.
