Helena has spent more than two decades counseling and defending employers in nearly every corner of workplace law. From day-to-day questions on employee leave and disability accommodation to high-stakes litigation involving discrimination, wrongful termination, or contract disputes, she provides employers with steady guidance and practical solutions.
Her career has included advising a Fortune 500 company as in-house employment counsel and representing management at both a large international law firm and a boutique employment law firm. That combination of in-house and outside counsel experience gives Helena a well-rounded perspective on how legal decisions play out in real-world workplaces. Helena’s practice covers the gamut of state and federal employment laws and issues, from ADA and FMLA to the PWFA and Title VII.
