“I Say Harvey, You Say _____ - Workplace Harassment and Best Business Practices for the #MeToo Era”
- With the increased focus and daily onslaught of sexual harassment allegations, this presentation will focus on what constitutes effective policies, investigations, and requirements for management level employees. This comprehensive program is aimed at aiding businesses in taking the appropriate actions and modifying current policy or training protocols to prevent and promptly correct harassment in today’s modern work environment. The presentation will also cover sexual harassment and training requirement laws. Despite only small changes to these topics at a federal level, local laws are moving forward at a much quicker pace. We will review the impact of these trends within certain jurisdictions, in addition to the impact these laws may have across the country.
