Navigating OSHA's New COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard - Complimentary Webinar

Date   Nov 16, 2021

Recorded: Tuesday, November 16, 2021

About the Program
The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced a new emergency temporary standard to protect employees from the spread of COVID-19. Under this standard, employers with 100 or more employees must implement a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, unless they adopt a policy requiring employees to choose to either be vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work.

Join FordHarrison partners Michael Prendergast, Rachel Ullrich and Rick Warren as they provide a detailed roadmap for compliance with the new OSHA rule. Issues covered will include: mandatory testing, paid leave, exemptions, optional testing and its requirements, face coverings, written plan requirements, record keeping, and reporting requirements to OSHA.

Continuing Education
