Featured guest speaker Cheryl Stanton, U.S. DOL Wage and Hour Division Administrator, will discuss wage and hour trends at the federal level.
David Bander, Executive Director of the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development’s Policy Office will cover emerging employment law issues in New Jersey.

- The New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 7.2 hours of CLE including 1.2 hours of Ethics credit, and
- The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 6 hours of CLE including 1 hour of Ethics credit.
- Human Resources Continuing Education:
- Approval is pending for 6 hours of PHR, SPHR and GPHR credit from HRCI.
- FordHarrison is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. Approval is pending from SHRM for 6 hours of PDCs.
