Partner Mark Saloman was quoted in this article regarding a New Jersey Supreme Court decision that helps employers fight liability over a supervisor's sexual harassment:
"The policy has to be enforced, it has to be legitimate, there has to be training," Saloman said. "It can't simply be a paper policy, and if it's not worth the paper it's printed on, the affirmative defense goes away."
