NJ Justices Raise Hurdle for Sexual Harassment Plaintiffs

Mark Saloman in quoted in this article about The New Jersey Supreme Court adopting higher standards for plaintiffs in sexual harassment cases:

"We are absolutely thrilled," said Mark Saloman, who argued on behalf of amicus Employers Association of New Jersey. "We had urged the court to adopt the Faragher-Ellerth standard.

"After 16-plus years of dancing around the issue, the court came down squarely in favor of the Faragher-Ellerth defense," said Saloman, of the Berkeley Heights, N.J., office of Ford & Harrison. "This is a positive development for employers in New Jersey."
