Paola Fuentes Vargas exclusively represents employers in matters related to labor and employment law.
Paola earned her J.D. from Barry University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal. She gained hands-on experience as a Summer Associate at FordHarrison in Orlando, where she researched and drafted memoranda on employment, immigration, and labor law matters and observed arbitrations and mediations. Paola has also completed a clerkship at a Florida-based insurance defense firm and worked as an Administrative Assistant and Court Case Manager for the Office of the State Courts Administrator, where she drafted orders and managed family law dockets.
Before law school, Paola served as an Operations Analyst at the Florida Department of Revenue, handling child support enforcement cases, and as a Case Manager for children in foster care which nurtured her passion for the law. Paola is fluent in Spanish and participated in Barry’s Immigration Clinic while in law school.
