Rob Granoth focuses his practice on providing representation and counsel to public and private sector management clients faced with employment law and labor relations challenges.
Rob vigorously advocates for clients in Connecticut state and federal courts, arbitrations, and before government agencies such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. He has developed a strong foundation in advising both private and public sector employers on a wide range of employment law issues including workplace discrimination, accommodations, non-compete disputes, collective bargaining, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. With a strong commitment to defending clients' interests, Rob is a trusted resource for navigating complex employment and labor relations challenges.
While earning his J.D. prior to joining FordHarrison, Rob served as Manager of Labor Relations for Hartford Public Schools. In this role, he worked with the district's Staff Attorney to implement district and departmental objectives for labor relations activities in a school district with nearly 4,000 employees. Before attending law school, Rob worked in government at the municipal, state, and federal levels, including a two-year stint as an aide to U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal.
When not practicing law, Rob enjoys music, filmmaking, cooking, and baseball.
