ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Join FordHarrison for our Allyship Series, "The Allyship Exchange: Insights from Innovators," where attendees will have the opportunity to listen and engage with key business leaders in thought-provoking interviews exploring the topic of how to be an ally and the importance of allyship in the workplace. In Part 4 of the series, Kaitlyn Swicegood Dingle, attorney and co-owner of Styles & Dingle, LLC joins Spartanburg Counsel Michelle Jones for a meaningful conversation highlighting Mental Health Awareness Month and discussing how allyship can support and strengthen mental wellness in our communities and workplaces. What we'll cover:
- What is mental health and wellness and why it impacts everyone;
- What it means to be a mental health ally;
- Practical ways to be a mental health ally; and
- The employer's role in promoting mental health/being an ally in the workplace, and more.
