ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Mock Arbitration: Charlie Sheen v. Chuck Lorre, Chuck Lorre Productions and WB Studio Enterprises, Inc.

Join Ford & Harrison attorneys Andy Hament and Chelsie Flynn for an entertaining and informative program that will delve into the employment law implications of Charlie Sheen's contract disputes with Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre. Refreshments will be served throughout the program and a cocktail reception will follow.

This presentation will strive to answer some important questions about this colorful dispute which appears to be heading to arbitration. Did Warner Bros. have the right to break Sheen's contract? Did Warner Bros. discriminate against Sheen because of a disability or medical condition? Will Sheen collect "bazillions" from Lorre and Warner Brothers as he has publicly vowed? You decide!

Andy and Chelsie will present a mock arbitration hearing based on the true events of this case. The audience will play the arbitrator and discuss and decide each of the issues. Andy and Chelsie will then lead a discussion on the pro's and con's of mandatory arbitration clauses and tips to avoid involving your company in similar disputes.
