Time   1:00 - 2:00 PM EST

WHEN

1:00 - 2:00 PM EST

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC’s) enforcement focus and strategic priorities continue to develop over time. Recent updates and agency activity suggest areas of evolving emphasis, including issues such as national origin discrimination, pregnancy-related protections, religious accommodation, and the role of employer DEI initiatives.

The EEOC recently issued its FY 2027 Agency Performance Plan and FY 2025 Agency Performance Report which provides employers valuable insights on what the EEOC focused on in 2025 and what we can expect in the future. This webinar will cover:

  • The EEOC’s 2025 accomplishments;
  • The types of cases we can expect the EEOC to focus on in the next year;
  • Practical guidance on how to avoid charges in light of the EEOC’s evolving areas of emphasis;
  • Best practices on drafting position statements; and
  • Best practices on handling EEOC requests for information, threats of subpoenas, and fact finding conferences.
