Mark began practicing law over two decades ago and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. He currently serves as the Co-Chair for FordHarrison’s Non-Compete, Trade Secrets and Business Litigation practice group and FordHarrison’s Cannabis practice group. Mark successfully litigates and counsels businesses and executives on the meaning, drafting, and enforceability of various types of post-employment restraints such as non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants. Also, Mark is a frequent lecturer and has presented for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey Defense Association, and other organizations.
