About the Program
What?????  If your answer is nothing at all, this workshop is especially for you.  Workshop participants will examine the impact of these principles (yes, we'll explain them) on an almost 80 year old minimum standards employment statute that is the most litigated civil action in our Federal Courts today.  And, we'll complete our workshop with a robust discussion of the (now contemplated) changes to the statute's exemption scheme.

Continuing Education
We will be offering 2 hours of CPE credit, 1.5 hours of General CLE credit including 2 hours of Labor & Employment Law certification credit, 1.5 hours of HRCI credit and 1.5 hours of SHRM credit.
