About the Program
Many employment attorneys believe the protections and rights of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”) apply only to unionized employees. However, the NLRA’s fundamental protection – the right of employees to work together to improve their working conditions – applies to most private-sector employees even when they are not represented by a union. During this webinar, you will learn about the rights of what the U.S. Supreme Court described as “wholly unorganized” employees under the NLRA. Panelists also will discuss whether a single employee can engage in protected concerted activity and employer policies that could infringe on an employees’ rights under the NLRA.
