Connor Waas represents employers in a broad range of workplace matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related disputes.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Connor served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. His experience strengthened his ability to analyze complex legal issues, evaluate written advocacy, and approach litigation from a practical and strategic perspective.
Connor earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at the Arizona State University, where he served as Executive Article Editor of the Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and contributed the article, “A Running Back’s Dilemma and the Impact of Unions in Sports,” in the Spring 2025 Edition.
