Gabe Trujillo-Lederer focuses his practice on representing employers in labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, traditional labor matters, and day-to-day workplace counseling.
Gabe has experience assisting employers with matters arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). His litigation experience includes drafting briefs, motions, demand letters, litigation holds, and other case-related materials, as well as conducting legal research and developing strategies for employment disputes.
Gabe also has experience with traditional labor matters. He has analyzed collective bargaining agreements and labor arbitration decisions to help employers understand their contractual obligations and evaluate labor relations and dispute-resolution strategies. He has also assisted in preparing position statements responding to unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). In addition, Gabe has worked on responses to discrimination charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Gabe has represented and advised clients across a range of industries, including hospitality, pharmacy, and transportation. His experience includes analyzing collective bargaining agreements for major luxury hotel companies and assisting clients in assessing the practical implications of contract provisions and arbitration decisions.
