About the Program
This program will discuss in general federal and Tennessee whistleblower laws that impact the workplace. There are 22 separate federal whistleblower laws enforced by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and several Tennessee whistleblower laws, including the Tennessee Public Protection Act. The program will also discuss select recent significant federal and Tennessee decisions interpreting whistleblower laws.
