Participants in this webinar will learn:

  • When and how to use attorney-client privilege in the internal investigation process.
  • How to effectively gather information – both in written format and when interviewing witnesses.
  • Strategies on what and how to document the internal investigation process.
  • How to conduct witness interviews and any necessary follow-up.
  • What actions companies can take following its conclusion.
