Complimentary Lunch & Learn: The New EEOC and AI in the Workplace and Courtroom – Memphis, TN

Date   Nov 20, 2026
Time   11:30 AM - 2:00 PM

About the Program

As the employment law landscape continues to evolve, employers face new challenges arising from shifting federal enforcement priorities and the growing use of artificial intelligence in the workplace and courtroom. Join FordHarrison attorneys for an informative briefing exploring two important areas of employment law and the practical implications for employers.

The New EEOC: Changing Enforcement Priorities and What Employers Should Expect

Our attorneys will examine the EEOC's shifting enforcement priorities and what they mean for employers, including increased scrutiny of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, religious accommodations, national origin discrimination, systemic investigations, and shorter charge-response deadlines. Attendees will gain insight into how these developments may affect workplace policies, compliance strategies, and responses to agency investigations.

AI in the Workplace and the Courtroom: New Technology and New Employment Risks

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into employment practices and litigation, employers must understand the emerging legal risks. This session will explore how to spot, manage, and combat risks associated with AI-assisted hiring and employment decisions; employee use of AI; confidentiality, trade secrets, and workplace policies; and plaintiffs' use of AI in litigation, including AI-generated complaints, discovery, and legal filings.

Attendees will leave with practical guidance for navigating evolving regulatory expectations and addressing the legal challenges presented by emerging technologies.
