ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Tuesday, June 30, 2015 the Department of Labor (DOL) released proposed regulations revising the salary test for the "white collar" exemptions to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage and overtime rules. In the proposed regulations, the DOL recommends increasing the salary requirements for considering an employee exempt. FordHarrison presented an executive summary on these proposed regulations and is now providing an in-depth follow up on the proposed changes and how they can potentially impact your business.

Please join FordHarrison attorneys Salvador Simao, ssimao@fordharrison.com, and David Kim, dkim@fordharrison.com, on Thursday, July 9 for an in-depth analysis on the DOL's 300-page proposal. Salvador is a former Trial Attorney with the Office of the Solicitor of the DOL and chair of FordHarrison's Wage and Hour practice group.

This program is pre-approved by HRCI for 1 hour of PHR, GPHR and SPHR recertification credit.
