About the Program
Please join FordHarrison attorney Valerie K. Ferrier for a presentation discussing the statutory and regulatory framework (as well as significant court cases) governing religious discrimination and accommodation in the workplace. The program will also address the challenges faced by employers regarding request for religious accommodation and what they must do to remain compliant with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
