Join FordHarrison attorneys Alec Beck and John Hauge for a general overview of employers' obligations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. This program will provide an overview of requirements imposed under federal and state Occupational Safety and Health statutes, and outline best practices when responding to OSH investigations and contesting citations.
