Sara Finnigan's legal career is focused entirely on assisting management clients in addressing issues pertaining to labor and employment regulations. 

Sara joined FordHarrison directly from Florida's newly created Sixth District Court of Appeal where she was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Dan Traver. Prior to that post, she clerked for Judge Traver at Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal. Her clerkship allowed her to gain experience in legal procedure, reviewing the appellate record, conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and drafting and editing proposed orders as well as judicial memos and opinions. 

Before pursuing a legal career, Sara was a commercial underwriter for a national insurance company and later a legal assistant for a small firm assisting five attorneys. In law school, Sara was the Managing Editor for the Florida State University Law Review. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and also received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award.
