What Your Expecting Employees May Be Expecting: Are You Complying With the Supreme Court's New Pregnancy Accommodation Standard? Complimentary Webinar

Date   Nov 5, 2015

Recorded: Thursday, November 5, 2015

About the Program
Last spring, the United States Supreme Court articulated a new standard requiring employers to accommodate pregnant employees.  Since then, there has been an influx of accommodation requests and an increase in pregnancy discrimination litigation.

Please join FordHarrison attorneys Leanne Mehrman, lmehrman@fordharrison.com,
and Nicole Bermel Dunlap, ndunlap@fordharrison.com, on Thursday, November 5, 2015 as they explain the new pregnancy accommodation standard and how it interplays with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended.  You will learn how to properly assess pregnant employees' requests for accommodations and what responses are and are not recommended.
