About the Program
The #MeToo movement has had a widespread impact on the workplace. Among considerations, employers are now faced with tax issues related to the settlement of sexual harassment claims, changes to local and national sexual harassment policies and requirements, the impact of Generation Z and gender-fluidity in the workplace.
