About the Program
Join the FordHarrison Dallas office as we examine the first 100+ days of Trump’s Presidency. While it is difficult to predict with confidence exactly what employers can expect from the new administration going forward, the first 100+ days give some indication of what’s to come.  Suzanne M. Anderson, Supervisory Trial Attorney Dallas District Office of the EEOC, will be our guest speaker.  We will discuss:

  • Equal Employment Opportunity Commission: how the administration change may impact the EEOC; the EEOC’s expected litigation program for FY 2017; EEOC priorities; and best practices for dealing with the EEOC
  • Leadership changes in the Department of Labor: what that may mean for employers and status of proposed amendments to the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime regulations
  • What’s on the horizon for the NLRB
