FordHarrison Expands in Multiple Offices With Five New Associates

NATIONAL – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm added five associates to offices throughout the U.S. including Charlotte, D.C., Hartford, Los Angeles, and Tampa.

The following attorneys have recently joined the firm:

Ivan R. Ayala Garcia
Associate |
 (Tampa, FL)
Before joining FordHarrison, Ivan gained civil litigation experience as an associate at RISSMAN, BARRETT, HURT, DONAHUE, MCLAIN & MANGAN where he focused his practice on general and premises liability. Previously, Ivan worked as a law clerk at a plaintiff-side employment firm in Tampa, Florida, supporting the firm’s attorneys in various aspects of employment law matters.  

Joseph C. Egbule
Associate | (Los Angeles, CA) 
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Joe was an associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary. Joe's legal background also includes several clerkships and externships he completed while in law school. He served as an extern with the Hon. Andre' Birotte Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of California, a clerk with Sundance Institute, and a clerk with AppleOne. Joe also gained experience as an intern working directly with the senior vice president of Business and Legal Affairs at Lionsgate to represent the company, its media platforms, and subsidiaries in complex litigation matters.

Ciarra J. Lofstrom

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Ciarra was an associate at Drubner, Hartley, Mengacci & Hellman, LLC based in Waterbury, Connecticut. In this role, she researched and drafted pleadings and motions in both state and federal court, prepared mediation statements, and advised municipal clients on appropriate usage of national settlement funds.

Jonathan P. McKenna

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Jonathan was an associate at Steele Family Law, LLC located in Anderson, South Carolina. In this role, he negotiated settlements, mediated complex marital disputes, conducted comprehensive investigations while serving as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, and drafted pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and demand letters. 

Rachel S. Saady-Saxe
Associate

Before joining FordHarrison, Sarah most recently served as an Attorney at the Drug Enforcement Administration's Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, DC, navigating complex litigation under the False Claims Act and Controlled Substances Act. Prior to this role, Rachel served as an Associate Attorney at a boutique labor and employment law firm based in Washington, DC, where she provided comprehensive legal counsel to clients in private and federal employment matters, successfully handling cases involving wage and hour disputes, FMLA claims, discrimination, and misclassification.
