Stephen Zweig is an employment, benefits, and executive compensation attorney with FordHarrison LLP. He was the managing partner of the firm's New York office for over a decade and has counseled employers on all aspects of workplace law and litigation and provided practical solutions to their problems. Currently he also represents executives in contract negotiations when they are offered a new position, when they seek salary increases, performance bonuses and incentive equity during employment, and when they are separated from employment. He has represented hundreds of executives in negotiating their employment, non-compete and non-disclosure, severance and separation, transition and retirement, consulting, and independent contractor agreements.
