Daniel Oh's legal practice is focused on the representation and counsel of management clients in labor and employment matters. 

In representing employers, Daniel draws on experience gained through multiple clerkships with FordHarrison and hands-on work in SMU Dedman School of Law’s Civil/Consumer Clinic. During his time as a Summer Associate and LCLD Scholar with the firm, Daniel supported partners on a variety of employment cases, contributing to mediation statements, discovery strategy, and legal research.

While in law school, Daniel served as an Articles Editor for the International Law Review Association and was active in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. He worked with clients on real-world legal matters as a certified associate in the Civil/Consumer Clinic, where he drafted court filings and evaluated client eligibility for legal representation.

Before entering the legal field, Daniel had a diverse professional background in media production and entrepreneurship. He directed and edited film projects, launched a successful comedy venue in Korea, and managed a college admissions consulting business. This multifaceted experience contributes to his creative problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.
